Rock wool production line selects electric furnace to melt raw materials. Raw materials (basalt, blast furnace hard slag, dolomite) after drying into the storage silo, and then automatically weighed by the weighing belt into the lower silo, by the charging pipe quantitatively and evenly into the furnace. The slag ball and waste slag produced in the production can be returned to the furnace after treatment.

It enters the high-speed four-roller centrifuge through the guided flow channel, and is fibrillated under the compound effect of centrifugal force and high-speed airflow of the wind ring, and is blown to the cotton collector, and adsorbed to the cotton collector belt to form a primary felt under the negative pressure, and is sent to the pendulum machine through the transition conveyor.

Before the curing furnace, there are pleating machine and pressurising machine to compress the secondary felt longitudinally to improve the strength. Cotton felt into the curing furnace, out of the cooling, longitudinal cutting, online cutting, crushed edges, thickness saw, cross-cutting, guillotine and other processing into products. Rock wool boards are automatically stacked, heat-shrinkable film packed, palletised by palletising robots and sent to the warehouse by forklift trucks.
